Service Details & Pricing Policy
1. Airport Pickup Service
1.1 Base Fare & Inclusions
The standard airport pickup fare covers direct transport from the airport to your destination within the main urban area (within 50 km). Tolls and parking fees are already included in the base fare.
1.2 Complimentary Waiting Time
We provide 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time counting from the actual flight landing time. Beyond the grace period, overtime is charged at USD 15 per hour.
1.3 Night Surcharge
A night surcharge of USD 15 applies to services provided between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
1.4 Excess Mileage
Trips to Guangzhou Nansha District, Conghua District, as well as Shenzhen Pingshan District and Dapeng New District will incur an excess mileage charge of USD 0.50 per kilometer beyond 50 km.
2. Daily Travel Service
2.1 Standard Daily Package
The standard daily rental rate covers 12 hours of service and 200 kilometers of urban driving.
2.2 Overtime & Excess Mileage
Usage beyond the standard package will be billed separately. Overtime is charged at USD 15 per hour, and excess mileage at USD 0.50 per kilometer. If both limits are exceeded, both charges apply.
2.3 Out-of-Town Trips
Trips beyond the main urban area will incur driver overnight accommodation fees where applicable, a driver accommodation surcharge of USD 30 per night, and expressway tolls. Please contact us for a customized quote.
